Enjoy Each Day As If It Were Your Last

Sleep under the stars

go for a run

turn of your air and roll down a window

really STOP and smell the flowers

go to the beach...alone

Desire nothing that would bring disgrace

Always keep some of the past with you in your heart

Know how to wait for the right moment

turn off the tv and let yourself get into a good book

read the Bible...with an open heart and ready to learn

forgive....forget

walk with your head up

sing along to the song even if you sound awful

do the un-expected

dont always play it safe. life is meant to take risks.

enjoy that piece of chocolate...without feeling guilty

tell your friends how much they really mean to you

forget the umbrella...walk in the rain. a little water never hurt anyone

take time...watch a sunset

kneel when you pray

Learn not to say yes when you really mean no

Forgive yourself.

slow down... drive in the slow lane ...enjoy the drive

Accept yourself for who you are

Let GO and Let GOD

Good Quote

read this the other day.... good stuff

Our greatest fear is not that we are inadequate, but that we are powerful beyond measure.
It is our light, not our darkness, that frightens us.We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, handsome, talented and fabulous?
Actually, who are you not to be?You are a child of God.
Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinkingso that other people won't feel insecure around you.
We were born to make manifest the glory of God within us.It is not just in some; it is in everyone.
And, as we let our own light shine, we consciously giveother people permission to do the same.As we are liberated from our fear, our presence automatically liberates others.
~Nelson Mandela
